Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Indore and Madhya Pradesh: 1–3 business days
- Other Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-3 cities and rural areas: 5–8 business days
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, natural calamities, or logistical disruptions beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: Free Standard Shipping across India
- Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping fee of ₹11
- Express/Priority Delivery (where available): Additional charges as shown at checkout
5. Logistics Partners
We partner with Shiprocket, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be mentioned in your dispatch notification.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact us at flixomart@gmail.com with your order number for a status update.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order and make payment. If a COD order is returned due to non-availability or refusal, future COD orders from the same address may be restricted.
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to rearrange delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at flixomart@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will raise a claim with the logistics partner and offer a full replacement or refund once the investigation is complete (typically within 7–10 business days).
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address — including flat/house number, landmark, city, state, and PIN code — is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
